“Not just a box, but a personal detailed service” It is not too hard for a supplier to issue a fax instructing a wholesaler to send a projector. When it arrives, there is usually no means to show video.
We believe strongly that our customers want more than a box - they want a complete solution to their needs.
The harder option is the one we supply. The projector comes to us first. We test it fully, and add leads and connectors to cover all possible usage situations, before it is delivered to the customer.
Everything we supply comes with our own detailed instructions including those for dual screen laptops. All the projectors we supply have the new electronic keystone correction. (This enables the projector to be low down pointing up, and yet still have parallel sides to the image.)
When assisting enquires about projectors, we ask about the size of the audience and how bright the building is inside. After extensive and continuing research, we only recommend projectors, which are good on video as well as data. Not all of them are. We are constantly working on better technologies for places of worship.
We have been involved in the groundbreaking development of control cables and software so that the projector can be controlled from the function keys of the laptop and therefore, with the extra cables we provide, at the back of the audience. With a radio mouse the next slide on a PowerPoint presentation can be controlled also from the front of the audience having been set up ready to go by someone else at the back. This helps for a more relaxing presentation to large audiences. It is possible to have what we call a ‘Visual Fold-back Monitor’ at the front plugged into the projector so the speaker can see what is on the screen behind them.
For Places of Worship we supply Song Management software, which is very easy to use and is single and dual screen computer capable
